Fee Schedule

Provider No Show = $150 - $550 per job depending on job pay

Incomplete Job = 50% of job pay per job

​​

Late Fee = $25.00 per job

​

Reschedule Fee = $40.00 per job/reschedule

​

Quality Of Service/Recall = 75% of job pay per job

​

Non Use Of HCP “OMW” “Start” “Finish” = $10.00 per job

​

Failure to upload required photos = $25.00 per job

​

Failure to collect customer signature = $25.00 per job

​

Failure to check in and out of job = $25.00 per job

​

Failure to maintain $1,000,000 GL Insurance = Pay withheld until insurance docs are provided.

​

Tool Rental = $20.00 per job

 

Damages

Money Owed is Paused until Damages are cured by the responsible party.
